Please fill out the following form to submit your entries. Make sure to read and agree to the terms and conditions before submitting your work.
Awards & Recognitions:
1. Publication in JPC Magazine: All selected photographs will be published in the Special Edition of JPC Magazine (August 2026) with full photographer credit and details.
2. Hard Copy & Certificate of achievement: Selected photographers at Indian addresses receive a physical copy of the Special Edition and a certificate of achievement, couriered to their doorstep. International participants receive a digital edition and e-certificate.
3. Annual Exhibition Qualification: The top three photographs automatically qualify for the JPC Annual Photo Exhibition 2026 a prestigious platform to showcase work to a wider audience.
4. Featured Photographer Profiles: Top selected photographers will be featured in upcoming JPC Magazine issues in-depth coverage highlighting their journey, inspirations, and techniques.
5. Cover Page Feature: Selected photographs are eligible to appear on the Cover of JPC Magazine in upcoming issues the most prominent recognition a photographer can receive.

Submission Deadline: 26th July 2026
Terms & Conditions: Submission Limit: A participant can submit a maximum of 8 photographs. min. 3 photographs Compulsory.
Format and Resolution: All photographs must be in JPEG format at 300 dpi.
Size Specification: The maximum size of a photograph should be 3000 pixels on the longer side.

- Subscribe & Enter Bundle for Non-Subscribers @ Rs.1800: Get a JPC Magazine subscription and your contest entry together at a combined rate.
- Camera Specifications: Photographs from a DSLR, point-and-shoot, mobile, or any other camera are welcome.
- Captioning: Caption for each photograph is compulsory. Mention Theme in Caption.
- Post-Processing Tools: Only the following tools are allowed in post-processing: brightness, contrast, saturation, cropping, sharpness, exposure, dodging, and burning.
- Watermarks: No watermarks of any kind are allowed on the photograph.
- Copyright: The copyright of the photo belongs to the photographer. JPC may use submitted work for promotional purposes with credit.
- Screening and Publication: The submitted photographs will go through screening by a panel of judges. Selected photographs will be published in the JPC Magazine. The decision of Jaipur Photographers’ Club will be final and binding.
- Eligibility: The competition is open to photographers of all ages and nationalities. Hard copies and certificates are couriered to Indian addresses only; international participants receive digital equivalents.
- Originality: All photographs must be original works taken by the entrant. Composite images or AI-generated content are not permitted.
- Permissions: By submitting a photograph, you grant Jaipur Photographers’ Club the rights to use, publish, and display the work in any format for promotional purposes related to the club’s activities. Proper credits will be given to the photographers wherever their work is used.
